Room photos and form details are used to create your assessment and operate the service. Projects are not published publicly. Uploaded files should be deleted according to the retention period configured by the operator.

We may store your room photo, selected preferences, technical analytics, referral parameters and an email address when you join early access.

Do not upload photos containing private documents, visible addresses or people who have not consented.
